Description
This 2006 vertical Mediterranean exterior housed a simple, modern interior with little architectural character. The lack of defined style left the home feeling unfinished and uninspired. Our updates brought cohesion, blending a modern sensibility with warm Mediterranean touches.
Design Approach
We infused personality through wall treatments, lighting, furnishings, and styling. The design carries the California Modern aesthetic we are known for, while staying approachable. Every choice balances sophistication with kid-friendly comfort and guest-ready hospitality.
Outcome
Each of the home’s three levels is now functional and inviting, with thoughtful storage woven throughout. Natural finishes soften the once stark construction, creating warmth and comfort.
