Brentwood Modern Mediterranean
Description
This 7,000-square-foot Mediterranean estate, built in 2004, showed its age with dated finishes inside and out. The spaces lacked distinctiveness and personal expression. Our redesign redefined the villa with elevated materials, custom details, and a strong point of view.
Design Approach
We leaned into the home’s Mediterranean architecture while embracing the clients’ desire for a graphic, playful edge. Interesting lighting and textures layered personality into every room. High-end finishes and fixtures elevated the design inside and out.
Outcome
The home feels like a resort-inspired getaway, layered with sophistication and playful personality. Classic yet personalized details add depth and interest throughout.
