Montecito Spanish Revival

Description

This 1987 Spanish Revival carried the charm of its architecture but felt stuck in the 1980s. Outdated finishes and uninspired lighting left the home lacking warmth and function. Our redesign focused on the interiors and expanding the entertaining potential, creating spaces designed for connection.

Design Approach

We updated finishes throughout to reflect a fresh, up-to-date version of the home, weaving in Spanish-inspired patterns. The flow was softened to feel inviting within the ranch-style architecture. A new guest house was designed with a hospitality touch, perfect for welcoming friends and family.

Outcome

The main house and guest house now reflect modern luxury with spaces that feel cohesive and usable. Every detail maximizes the sense of escape and leisure.
