Country Club Retreat
Description
The main house, a 1924 English Tudor Revival, came with a dilapidated garage ready for reinvention. The vision was to transform it into a guest retreat, workspace, and escape from the everyday. We designed a haven that evokes the feeling of a European getaway right at home.
Design Approach
Planning began with the final function of each space, dictating every window and door placement. Finishes were layered to create dimension and movement throughout. Focus was placed on creating a home rich with texture and color in every room.
Outcome
This golf course retreat feels transported to Europe with its custom finishes and rich blend of saturated, cozy, and uplifting spaces. The result is both refined and welcoming.
